Arabella's Fascinating History Lesson at Bletchley Park

Arabella has been diving into some amazing history this week with a visit to Bletchley Park, the once top-secret home of the World War Two Codebreakers. She learned all about the busy and noisy working environments where so much important work took place, but she also enjoyed a relaxing break outside, soaking up the sunshine in the beautiful gardens where many talented people had walked before.

Arabella’s favourite activity was learning Morse code—a system of communication that uses combinations of short and long tones to represent the letters of the alphabet. Her tutor mentioned that those who could hear and feel the beat and pulse, just like we do in our Rhythm Time classes, were able to learn Morse code more quickly. It was such a fantastic day!
